  1. My favorite way to keep calm is to always remember “Don’t sweat the little things” and seriously, I enjoy playing games on the computer and reading blogs.

  2. relaxing with my cat. She’s 10-I’ve had her all her life and she helps me in more ways then one. if I’m stressed, She will always come to me. Shes laying on me right now, too 🙂

  4. My best way for me to unwind is to have some quiet time while daddy takes the kids outside to play after he gets home from work!

  5. I am a fairly mild mannered person to begin with. I do love to read and that will help to relax me if I am irritated.

  6. I’ve found that reading a book, taking a bubble bath, doing some yoga, or even singing can relax me when I’m feeling stressed out. Any one of those things helps me to “wind down”.

  7. I like to unwind late at night watching dvr’d shows I love. It seems to be the only time I can even try to relax.
