Cinnamon Pumpkin Muffin using Cinnamon Bun Cake Mix

When I saw this Cinnamon Bun Cake Mix in the store, I knew right away what I wanted to make with it. This cinnamon pumpkin muffin recipe is so moist and delicious.

I just add a can of Pumpkin. That’s it. Really! Okay, so I’m also adding a good bit of fiber and Vitamin A in the process. Just don’t tell my kids. Okay?

Cinnamon Pumpkin Muffins

I can't believe how easy this two-ingredient pumpkin muffin recipe is!

Ingredients

Cinnamon Bun Cake Mix
1 Can Pumpkin

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the cake mix and pumpkin together. I find a fork works best for this.
Spoon into muffin tins either greased or with liners.
Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until just ever so lightly golden and cooked through
