“ALL SAINTS” Movie Trailer and #Review #AllSaintsL3

I am a Featured Contributor of the ALL SAINTS Influencer Program and am reviewing only the movie trailer and other clips released by “ALL SAINTS” for promotion.  I have not previewed the movie.  In return for this review and giveaway, I will receive two tickets to watch the movie upon its release.  No other payment is being given, and all opinions expressed here are my honest opinions.

ALL SAINTS Movie

I am not a huge movie buff, and I don’t even remember the last movie that I was excited about seeing.  However, I am so excited about the “ALL SAINTS” movie which will release nationwide on  August 25, 2017.  I find myself craving encouragement and inspiration.  Without actually watching the ALL SAINTS movie itself YET, I have high hopes that this film will deliver both encouragement and inspiration.  I hope to leave the theater with an intense desire to help other people and the faith to believe that God can use me.

Are you excited about ALL SAINTS yet?

John Corbett stars in this movie as Michael Spurlock who has just been assigned to pastor a church that is slated to be shut down.  ALL SAINTS is the heart-warming story of the church that refused to die.  God used refugees from Southeast Asia and Michael Spurlock along with others to save a church through farming.

The part where Michael Spurlock struggled to decide if he was hearing from God or just himself resonated so deeply in me.  I have asked myself, “Was that God or me?” hundreds of times throughout my life.  It is refreshing to see a minister wrestle a problem that so many of us lay people have.  At times, it feels as though God uses a megaphone to speak to ministers and a soft whisper to speak to the rest of us.  God speaks to all of us the same… although we don’t all chose to listen the same.

Do you need a little bit of inspiration now?

This promotional video for the movie touched me so much.  Are you believing God for something that seems TOO MUCH?  Watch this clip.
