Since January Networking Perks and other dedicated bloggers have been sharing why we should all eat in home more with the #EatInChallenge. We’ve worked hard to share recipes and tips and tricks which is why this month we’re happy to share 2 cookbooks by Meals That Heal Inflammation & Slimming Meals That Heal both by Julie Daniluk.

French Bread Pizza

French Bread Pizza

Ingredients

French Bread

Pizza Sauce (can use store bought or homemade)

Olive Oil

Mozzarella Cheeese (shredded)

Additional toppings as desired

Directions:

Cut the french bread in half then slice as if you were making a sandwich.  Open the pieces on a baking sheet and spread a light coat of olive oil.  Broil in the oven until toasted so they don’t get too soggy.

Spread your favorite pizza sauce over the toasted french bread.  Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese… as much or as little as you like.  Add any other pizza toppings that you enjoy.  Bake in the oven at 385 degrees until the cheese is melted.
