Peanut butter flavored morsels and coconut oil come together to make any ice cream extraordinary!  It is really just two ingredients.

I melt the peanut butter chips or morsels in the microwave.  I use 20 second intervals to keep them from scorching.  Simply pop them into the microwave for 20 seconds.  Take them out and stir.  Repeat until they are smooth and melted.

Once the peanut butter chips or morsels are melted, I just add the coconut oil.  I stir them together well.  Pour it over your favorite ice cream or nondairy version of ice cream.

I store left-overs in an airtight container.  Microwave it in 20 second cycles to remelt it if needed.  DO NOT REFRIGERATE!
