Cinnamon Pumpkin Muffin using Cinnamon Bun Cake Mix

When I saw this Cinnamon Bun Cake Mix in the store, I knew right away what I wanted to make with it.  This cinnamon pumpkin muffin recipe is so moist and delicious.

I can't believe how easy this two-ingredient pumpkin muffin recipe is!

I just add a can of Pumpkin.  That’s it.  Really!  Okay, so I’m also adding a good bit of fiber and Vitamin A in the process.  Just don’t tell my kids.  Okay?

  • Mix the cake mix and pumpkin together. I find a fork works best for this.
  • Spoon into muffin tins either greased or with liners.
